For departures from a hotel or private address, you must indicate the exact time you wish to be picked up. It is not recommended to calculate the pickup time based solely on your flight time, but also to consider the time needed for transportation, check-in, and security screening.

For shared transfers, the provider may adjust the proposed schedule to optimize routes. In that case, you will receive advance notification to confirm the new pickup time.
